I sure do remember that silly damn smiley face. It was Painted by my friend and shipmate Dale Barnwell. I don’t remember what year it was painted i think later 73 or early 74. Both Dale and myself are from the same hometown Baltimore Maryland were in the same boot camp company and server together on the Ashtabula form late 72 to mid 75 in deck division.
