You can contact someone in St Louis and get a ships roster on any given date. I cannot remember what the department is. Maybe someone knows.
They will not give the officers names tho. You can get the names of all that have signed up for this website. Just type a name or year in the crew search at the top and wallo lots of guys have signed on since I started this website.
