Just found the message board. I haven’t kept in touch with anyone, but was somehow badly distressed when I discovered the Happy Ash was sunk and used for target practice. I was a radioman from 1973 to 1975 and participated in the Vietnam evac. What a time. I remember a small ship coming along aside for water and food and we helped them out with what we had.
